Who We Are
Chase Smith, Founder and Owner, is a born and raised DFW native who got his start framing houses before starting his own general contracting company. Today, Smith's Construction and Contracting is a family owned business that partners with water restoration companies for the rebuild and takes on residential and commercial projects directly, backed by full insurance and a one-year workmanship warranty.
Vision
Smith's Construction isn't just based in DFW, it's home. This is where Chase grew up, where our crews live, and where we plan to keep building for years to come. Every project we take on is work for our neighbors, not just a customer on a list, and that's not going to change as the business grows.
